To play the movie forwards and backwards:
Drag the slider on the graph, or use the arrow keys (see below).

To pan and zoom the movie:
Use the arrow keys and the plus / minus keys (see below).

To use keyboard controls:
Activate the graph or movie by clicking on it; its border will turn blue. Hold your key down for continuous scrolling / zooming.

To control the frame range displayed on the graph:
Use the Frame Range sliders, or type values in the boxes.

To analyze only a portion of the images:
Click and drag on the image to draw the selected area.
Once drawn, the area can be resized by dragging the small box in the corner, or the whole selection box can be dragged to reposition it.

To add data sets to the graph:
Select them from the "Add graph..." menu.
Note that only the 4 most recently selected graphs will be shown at a time.

To remove data sets from the graph:
Click the "X" button next to the data set's name, in the lower right corner of the interface.

To change the name of a data set:
Re-type the label, among the graphed sets in the lower right corner of the interface.

To redo the analysis with different parameters:
This function is disabled in the publicly accessible demo.
